Remote Service

A machine malfunction is far more than just a nuisance: It always adds up to loss of time and added costs. In extreme cases, it can result in machine standstill. We can help you to effectively prevent this sort of trouble occurring in the first place - or to quickly and directly remedy the situation if the worst does come to the worst. One of the most effective ways of ensuring maximum machine availability is with the Homag Teleservice.

Our experienced support staff will advise you in a professional and helpful way with all of your inquiries regarding mechanics, control/electrics and applications technologies.


Remote Diagnostics

Online connection between the Service Center and the machine processor can be established via modem. Your machine can be operated and diagnosed by our Service Center using this remote function - just as the onsite machine operator would during production.

Video Diagnostics

The Homag Handcam was developed for video diagnostics. It allows the transmission on high-quality, colour video pictures and simultaneous adio communication with the Service Center.
