Remote Diangostics


From the Teleservice Centre to every corner of the world

We create an on-line connection via modem between the Service Centre and the machine or production host computer. This allows your machine to be remote controlled, diagnosed and functions influenced directly from the Centre - as if the operator were there in the room. Even while production is actually running!

Some examples:

  • Display of PLC addresses to help ascertain current machine statuses
  • Machine operation, for example to calibrate the width adjustment or to change line points
  • Transmission of machine-specific texts (operating data acquisition lists, programs etc.)
  • Transmission of PLC software 
  • Programming of workpieces in processing centres

  • Faults can be remedied immediately during programming or operation
