Registration
If you ordered a training course with your machine (through our Sales department), we will set the dates with you in good time. Training courses ordered with the machine can be held up to a year after the delivery date.
Please use the "Inquiry/Registration" form to inquire about or register for a training course. Please include the names of persons we can telephone to discuss training dates.

Confirmation of registration
For each registration, you will receive a written confirmation of training dates with all the necessary information.

Training course contents
Please refer to our training program. The topics covered in the training courses are shown in the training program (daily agenda). However, we reserve the right to alter the content or organization of training course contents.

Preconditions for participants
The objective of the training courses cannot be achieved if the preconditions indicated in the training planner are not met or the time indicated is not allocated. If necessary, the Homag Training Center can check that the preconditions are satisfied.

Training times
We begin punctually at 8 a.m. and conduct training sessions for about 7 hours every day.

Training fees
Fees are charged at a rate of 100% for the first participant, and 50% for all additional participants from the same com-pany. This offer only applies if all participants attend the course on the same dates. The fees shown include all training documentation, refreshments during breaks and lunch in our staff restaurant. Accommodation costs are not included. Attendance of only part of the course does not entitle to a reduction in training fees.

Cancellation by the Homag Training Center
The Homag Training Center has the right to cancel training courses. In such cases, any training fees already paid will be refunded. Participants shall have no recourse beyond this provision. Training courses will be conducted with classes of at least 3 participants. If registration numbers are too low, we reserve the right to cancel training courses.

Deregistration
Cancellation of your enrollment is free of charge until 2 weeks before the beginning of the training. For cancellations later than this we must charge you with 50 % of the course fee. If a participant simply does not appear without any notification, the entire course fee is forfeit.

Foreign Languages
Training courses are held in German and English. Interpreters can be arranged for other languages, and their services will be charged depending on the actual expense incurred.

Hotel reservations
Upon request we can make your hotel reservations. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please indicate your arrival and departure dates. With the confirmation of dates, you will receive directions on how to reach the hotel. You must settle your hotel bill yourself when you check out. Any contractual relationship regarding hotel services shall be exclusively between you and the hotel.

Training location
Training courses are normally held at the Homag Training Center in Schopfloch. Upon request, we can also conduct training courses at your loca-tion (on your ma-chine/installation). We will be glad to prepare a quote..
